Simply put, our Employee Benefit Program is the real estate and lending equivalent of the benefit/discount packages that many companies negotiate for their employees. Those packages, ranging from vacations to shopping, save employees money and show how much businesses value their employees. Perhaps you already provide those packages, but what if you could also save your employees and their families thousands of dollars when they buy or sell a home?
That’s what TCT Real Estate offers with their Home Benefit Program. This voluntary, free program, provides substantial discounts to your employees and their families when they use the services of our mortgage, real estate, and/or title providers.
When your employees use the Real Estate Benefit program, here is what they can expect to receive:
Mortgage
With Fairway Mortgage, borrowers will receive a $500.00 credit towards borrowers closing costs. Lender incentive not applicable on down payment assistance / grant loans.
Real Estate
With TCT Real Estate, buyers or sellers will receive a minimum discount of $1,500 to be used towards the transaction and in most cases, up to 1% of the purchase price.
Title & Escrow
With our chosen title company, clients will receive a special negotiated rate, which allows a 50% discount on escrow fee.
As you can see, using these professionals will dramatically reduce your employees’ costs when purchasing or refinancing a home.
We also offer a discounted rate on home and termite inspections and have a financial planner, and commercial agent that can also provide a benefit to you or your employees when needed.
